Research use only

All products sold on this site are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not for human or animal consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the products will be used only for lawful research purposes.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars. The amount charged is always calculated on our servers from the current catalogue at the moment you pay — the total you see at checkout is the total you're charged.

We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected misuse or pricing errors); if we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure fields and never pass through our servers.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order from your account while it's still Processing or Packed. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled — see the Shipping & Returns policy instead.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
