This policy explains what personal information nu.life collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We collect the minimum needed to run the store, and we never sell personal information.
What we collect
Account details you give us — your name, email address, phone number and saved delivery address.
Order details — the products you buy, the delivery address for each order, and your order history.
Messages you send us through the contact form, including your email address so we can reply.
What we don't collect
Card numbers never touch our servers. Payments are processed by Stripe inside their secure payment fields, and we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
How we use your information
To process and deliver orders, send order confirmations and receipts, answer your messages, and keep your account working (for example, password reset emails).
We don't use your information for third-party advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the store work: Stripe (payment processing), our email delivery provider (transactional email), our database and hosting providers, and shipping carriers (name and delivery address only). Each provider only receives what it needs for its job.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in to your account. Your cart is stored in your own browser. We don't run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data — contact us and we'll action it.
