Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm Sydney time on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. You'll get an email confirmation when your order is placed.

Delivery

Express shipping is free Australia-wide. We also ship to New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom; international transit times vary by destination and any import requirements are the recipient's responsibility.

Products that require temperature control are packed accordingly.

Returns

Because of the nature of research compounds, opened vials can't be returned. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't match its certificate of analysis, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we'll replace it or refund it in full.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once processed on our side, banks typically take 5–10 business days to show the funds.
